Piranha Pool Care maintains 500+ residential pools across Tampa Bay with eight field technicians. We're looking for people who show up, communicate, and take pride in their routes.
What we look for
The kind of technician we hire
Reliability
Routes run on a schedule. Customers count on their day. Showing up matters more than anything else here.
Communication
You'll document what you saw and flag problems. If you'd rather say nothing, this isn't the right fit.
Care for the property
Gates closed, decks clean, respectful of the homes you're working at.
Willingness to learn
Water chemistry and equipment knowledge can be taught. We'd rather train the right person.
