Estimates and quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide and on what we observe during your pool assessment. If we find conditions that materially change the work — for example, a pool that requires a green-to-clean recovery before recurring service can begin — we will explain it and confirm updated pricing with you before proceeding.
Scope of service
Recurring weekly pool service includes water testing, chemical balancing, skimming, brushing, cleaning, and observation of the equipment pad, as described on our weekly pool service page. Standard weekly chemicals are included. Specialty treatments, equipment repairs, and one-time projects are quoted separately.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe, unobstructed access to the pool and equipment on your service day, including gate or code access.
- Keep pets secured during service visits.
- Maintain adequate water level and functioning circulation equipment.
- Tell us promptly about equipment problems, leaks, or changes to your pool.
If our technician cannot safely access the pool on the scheduled day, the visit may be missed. We will notify you when that happens.
Repair authorization
Repairs are performed only after you authorize them. We will explain the diagnosis, the options, and our recommendation before any work is done. Parts availability and manufacturer lead times can affect timing.
Payment
Recurring service is billed monthly. Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and processing fees are described in our payment policy. Accounts with outstanding balances may have service paused until the balance is resolved.
Scheduling
Service is provided on a consistent weekly route day. Route days may occasionally shift for holidays, staffing, or weather. When your day changes, we tell you.
Weather and service interruptions
We service pools in normal Florida rain. Lightning, severe weather, flooding, or other unsafe conditions may delay or move a visit. Events outside our reasonable control — including storms, hurricanes, utility outages, and supply disruptions — may affect service timing.
Cancellation
Cancellation requires 30 days' notice submitted by email, as described in our cancellation policy. You remain responsible for service and charges applicable during the notice period, plus any outstanding balance.
Referral program
Referral rewards are governed by our referral program terms.
Limitations and disclaimers
Pool surfaces, tile, decking, and equipment age over time and can fail for reasons unrelated to routine service, including original construction, prior maintenance, water chemistry history, and normal wear. Piranha Pool Care is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by equipment failure outside our control, or issues arising from work performed by others. Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The current version is always posted on this page.
