Referral Program Terms

Referrer reward

The referring customer receives a $150 gift card for each qualifying referral.

New customer reward

The referred customer chooses one of the following:

• A free phosphate treatment, or
• $50 off their first month of recurring weekly pool service

When the reward is issued

The referrer's reward is issued after the referred customer completes their first full month of recurring weekly pool service.

Referral must come first

The referral must be submitted before the prospective customer independently contacts Piranha Pool Care. Submit your referral through the referral form as soon as you mention us to your friend.

Qualifying services

Only recurring weekly pool service qualifies unless Piranha Pool Care explicitly states otherwise. One-time services such as equipment repairs or green pool cleanup do not automatically qualify.

No limit on referrals

There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals a customer may make.

Fraud and duplicates

Duplicate referrals, referrals for existing or previously contacted customers, and referrals submitted fraudulently may be rejected.

Program changes

Piranha Pool Care may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Referrals already submitted and qualifying under the terms in place at the time will be honored.
